Glory Bower (Clerodendrum chinense). "Pikake" in Hawaiian. A major weed of roadsides and gardens in towns and villages. Rapidly invades pastures and plantations wherever it is planted. It only thrives where the soil and air are moist and fertile; naturalized in Hawai'i. The large, irregularly denticled leaves are characteristic, as is the strong fragrance of the flower.
